ADvTECH Successfully Completes Pilot for ADvLEARN
ADvTECH Successfully Completes Pilot for ADvLEARN, expanding Digital Learning Platform Across 35 Campuses Benefiting Over 13,500 Students
ADvLEARN offers a personalised approach to learning by harnessing adaptive learning technology and empowering teachers to identify and address knowledge gaps in key subjects including Mathematics (Grade 7 to 12), Mathematical Literacy (Grade 10 to 12), and Physical Sciences (Grade to 10 to 12).
ADvTECH now has access to valuable data, enabling teachers to provide targeted support to students, resulting in improved academic performance. The data analysis has revealed that students who regularly engage with the platform and the personalised learning pathways increase their results by 15% to 29%.
Developed by a local South African company comprising a dedicated team of engineers and developers with a passion for education, ADvLEARN utilises artificial intelligence to create customised learning pathways for each student, ensuring a deeper understanding of concepts. This groundbreaking approach empowers teachers to monitor student progress in real-time, granting insights to cater to individual learning needs. Additionally, the platform enables teachers to assign personalised learning: homework and assessments to students, offering instant feedback with automated grading.
"After the successful pilot phase, ADvTECH is thrilled to announce the formalisation of a contract with the developers, ensuring the continued integration of ADvLEARN across all ADvTECH Schools, including those in the rest of Africa," stated Darren Purdon, Central Academic Team.
"We eagerly anticipate further innovative developments on the ADvLEARN platform, aligned to our commitment to provide our students with a 21st-century education that fosters academic excellence and personalised learning experiences," Purdon concluded.
